Investment Types
The range of investments that Paramount targets includes:

Class “A” Office Acquisitions. Stable assets providing steady cash flow as well as
   assets with class “A” potential that have been under-managed or whose performances
   are suffering from capital improvements that have been under-funded.

Development/Re-development Opportunities. Ground-up developments in our
   target markets as well as repositionings of class “B” and “C” assets into true
   class “A” properties.

Distressed Debt Purchases. Existing debt from investors, banks, and other
   financial institutions.

New Issuance. High yielding first mortgages, mezzanine debt, and preferred equity to
   owners who are under-capitalized.

Recapitalizations. Existing ventures, limited partnerships, or investment funds with
   liquidity needs or capitalization problems that need to be liquidated or restructured.
