Paramount’s Construction and Development team works closely with the Acquisitions group to evaluate the viability of potential development and redevelopment projects. The team also works closely with the Property Management group assessing capital improvement requirements at the Paramount properties to maintain or create Class A assets. The key members of Paramount’s Construction and Development team average over 30 years of experience in the industry and have successfully completed numerous development and redevelopment projects for the firm.
